KINDLY GO THROUGH OUR RETURN POLICIES
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Returned within 07 calendar days of the delivery date
In original, unworn condition with no signs of use or damage
All original packaging, case, cleaning cloth, and tags must be included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Free from scratches, lens damage, frame distortion, or alterations
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Prescription lenses or custom-fitted frames
Items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during clearance events
Sunglasses with removed lens protective film/coating
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Gift cards or store credits
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to begin your return:
Step 1: Email lauvvaishnav@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Our team will respond within 2 business days
Step 3: Securely pack your item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable courier to the address provided
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the return
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Refunds will not be initiated for return orders that are reported as defective by the consumer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
A defective or damaged product received
An incorrect item shipped by HouseofShades
In such cases, HouseofShades will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to our consumer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your HouseofShades eyewear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lauvvaishnav@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
